Prepare, Prepare, Prepare

It was a beautiful day today so I stopped by a classic car show in North Charleston before making my way to West Ashley. I have a wedding in November at Oak Pointe Plantation. I’ve never DJ’d there but I her it is a wonderful place. So I made the Trek out there so that I can get my timing down for the special day. I like to prepare in advance for every event I perform at and if possible tour the venue.
I bride’s special day should not be taken for granite. I like to be well prepared for any possible mishaps or challenges. My friends joke with me and call me the “doomsday dj” because I have a plan for everything that can go wrong. I truly believe in providing “world-class customer service to my clients so that their is no worries.
I did not get to see the venue today because it is on private property guarded by a gate. So I am excited to see what this venue holds for me. Since moving to Charleston, SC I have played at so truly wonderful venues. I love living here.
